SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services on the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it can be alarmed in regards to the higher amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office devoted to service the area daily. The assistance position designed for intervention experiences a superior inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it hard to the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to sassa status check empower the servicing of all buyers and boost entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
